LeCC — København
Music is a huge part of travel for me — obviously, I spend a lot of time with headphones on during the journey, but it's also about setting the mood, right?
This is the first in a new series called LeCC — curated playlists of music around and about destinations we travel to — and first up is Copenhagen. I make these for pretty much every place we visit — they are perfect to listen to on the metro on the way into town, or on the descent into the airport. I listened to this Copenhagen playlist with my headphones on at night as I wrote down the day's activities in my journal.
Danish pop music features heavily, of course. I am obsessed with "Hvis Sandheden Skal Frem" by Ultramarin (who cares if you don't speak Danish!), and the Kenton Slash Demon tracks are for sure my new favorites, too. Tomas Barfod's "Hope in a Box" has been playing on repeat since we got back.
Hope you like! I'll be back with more playlists as we travel about! We're heading to Santa Fe and Marfa soon, and Mexico by the end of the year so lots of great stuff is sure to follow!
